From the first time Jeremiah showed up at my door, I knew he was a keeper. His timely response, the quality of his work and care for his customers is stellar! He has helped me with many outside and inside repairs as well as bathroom and kitchen remodels. He and James came at a moments notice and saved the day during my kitchen remodel when removal of a soffit revealed water and gas piping that had to moved before the drywall work scheduled for that day could proceed. Another time Jeremiah walked me through a water heater reset and diagnosed the issue over the phone allowing me to get another year of use before replacement, all at no charge. My home is consistently left completely clean. His fees are always more than fair and reasonable. I have recommended him to family, neighbors and even my church and all have been very pleased. I rarely leave reviews, but Straight Flush Plumbing and Anthony absolutely earned this one. I called Roto-Rooter, but they canceled because the technician decided to go home. I then spent the next hour calling plumber after plumber, only to get AI answering services or companies that weren't interested in helping on a Saturday night. I finally called Straight Flush Plumbing around 9:30 PM, and Anthony was at my house within about 20 minutes. The repair itself took less than 10 minutes, but what stood out was the customer service. After a long and frustrating evening, it was refreshing to work with someone who was professional, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping. Anthony was knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. More importantly, he treated me like a person, not just another service call. In a world where it's increasingly difficult to get a real person on the phone, that level of service stands out.
