“I contacted Jeremiah of Straight Flush plumbing after a Google Search for a local plumber. The first companies I tried to reach all forwarded my call to an out of the area call center. One operator tried to offer me the closest plumber from “Del-Nortayyy” 🤣 I live in Eureka. Jeremiah answered my call himself. Jeremiah recognized my hope for someone to come soon to fix my (non emergent) problem. He came that same day at the end of his schedule. He evaluated the problem and since it was late on a Friday we agreed that was a risky time to delve into a plumbing project on a 120+ year old home. We scheduled for Monday morning. He arrived promptly and efficiently replaced the faucet and fixed the problem. He was polite, clean, friendly, professional and I will 100% call Straight Flush plumbing for service in the future. Oh! his prices were honest and fair.”

“We've used Straight Flush a few times now. The most recent repair was unclogging our bathroom shower and toilet, which are both on the same waste water pipe. They show up when they say they will. They do the work in a timely fashion. Their fees have been *very* reasonable. The workers have been professional and let us know exactly what work needs to be done and what it would cost. They let us know any additional costs that might be needed before they did the work. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I was having a problem with a leak of my water heater pipes. He repaired my leak replacing the pipes with new pipes and replaced the soldered connections with threaded connections. All for a very fair price.”

Jeremiah accomplished in 10 minutes what two other plumbing companies couldn't accomplish in a whole week and got me a replacement water heater under my warranty delivered to my house the morning after I first contacted him, and he put aside other work to install it the same day. “Jeremiah is a very personable, hard working plumber who takes pride in his work. When I had a drain clog, he was fully booked for the day but promised to come by in the evening to take care of my clog. It turned out to be the clog from heck, but he stayed at it until it was cleared. He worked late into the evening and surely missed his dinner, but kept at it until successful. He provided excellent advice for dealing with the "creative" plumbing done on my home to avoid further drain issues. His charges are reasonable and his work is superb.”

“Jeremiah was really great! I had a leaky faucet and told him that it may need to be fixed or I may need a new faucet. He explained that in most cases, the faucet can be fixed and it is cheaper to go that way. He was very clear in his explanation and seemed to have my best interest in mind. But, when he tried to repair it, it became clear that the problem was not going to be easily fixed with a part and the part was not available locally (needed to be ordered). So, we decided to go with a new faucet. Jeremiah did not charge me for the failed attempt at repair and only charged me for the new installation of the faucet. He was very honest and fair. He cleaned up after himself and the faucet looks great!”
