We called this company when we were having water flow issues with our shower and also questioned about replacing our water heater. He fixed the shower and drained the water heater. Told us we did not need a new water heater at this time. We him to found to be incredibly honest, professional , fair priced and knowledgeable , highly recommend this company!
I called him early in the morning and he was able to come out early the next morning and fix my toilet quickly. He is easy to communicate with, polite and considerate about dirty shoes in the house because he immediately put on those rubber protectors on his shoes. I was very very pleased

Jeremiah is a very personable, hard working plumber who takes pride in his work. When I had a drain clog, he was fully booked for the day but promised to come by in the evening to take care of my clog. It turned out to be the clog from heck, but he stayed at it until it was cleared. He worked late into the evening and surely missed his dinner, but kept at it until successful. He provided excellent advice for dealing with the "creative" plumbing done on my home to avoid further drain issues. His charges are reasonable and his work is superb.

Highly recommended. Not only were Jeremiah and James both professional and personable, they were knowledgeable and directed positive energy to fix our plumbing issues. They went over and above to clear our drain via the clean out, also discovering a second access point (previously undiscovered) which they cleared the stoppage. Jeremiah also crawled under our house in order to explore the orgin of our continuing issues. They were exceptionally helpful in sharing their expertise, professional opinion, and explaining problems/solutions to our unique plumbing situation. Fees were fair, as quoted, and not as painful as most other plumbing companies. Unquestionably, our plumber loyalty is to Straight Flush.
Jeremiah was really great! I had a leaky faucet and told him that it may need to be fixed or I may need a new faucet. He explained that in most cases, the faucet can be fixed and it is cheaper to go that way. He was very clear in his explanation and seemed to have my best interest in mind. But, when he tried to repair it, it became clear that the problem was not going to be easily fixed with a part and the part was not available locally (needed to be ordered). So, we decided to go with a new faucet. Jeremiah did not charge me for the failed attempt at repair and only charged me for the new installation of the faucet. He was very honest and fair. He cleaned up after himself and the faucet looks great!

I have used Straight Flush Plumbing for about seven years. I've had Jeremiah fix leaks, install toilets, change out tanked water heaters for instant tankless heaters and more. He has always done a great job at a fair price.
I called them to install a concrete shower floor and install the shower fixtures. They were there the same day and quickly had the work done well. I called them to replace a water heater a few months later and they had it done before the end of the same day.

I'm not one that enjoys having service work done in my home, but I have to say Jeremiah was pleasant and professional. Same day call to fix a clogged drain pipe for my washer and he did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He was also open to looking at a drippy old faucet that did not have replacement part available and provided recommendation as needed. Thank you for your expert service!
