"Jeremiah was really great! I had a leaky faucet and told him that it may need to be fixed or I may need a new faucet. He explained that in most cases, the faucet can be fixed and it is cheaper to go that way. He was very clear in his explanation and seemed to have my best interest in mind. But, when he tried to repair it, it became clear that the problem was not going to be easily fixed with a part and the part was not available locally (needed to be ordered). So, we decided to go with a new faucet. Jeremiah did not charge me for the failed attempt at repair and only charged me for the new installation of the faucet. He was very honest and fair. He cleaned up after himself and the faucet looks great!"
